My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although small, was nicer compared to the exterior, but cleanliness could have been better. The staff were helpful and welcoming, especially when I needed information. The location was convenient for reaching Arzak and the town center, although there was a slight fish smell from a nearby restaurant in the evening. The dining options were reasonable, with plenty to choose from in buffet style, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an adequate stay for a short period, considering the price.
